At Peele, we offer select items on a subscription basis. This policy explains how you can cancel or modify your subscription, how our QR code-based fulfillment system works, and what to expect if you choose not to continue.
When you subscribe to Peele, you agree to be billed automatically every 30 days. After each billing cycle, we’ll send you a physical postcard containing a QR code to your shipping address.
To receive your product shipment, you must scan the QR code and confirm your refill. If you do not scan the code within 14 days of billing, your refill will be skipped, but your subscription charge will still apply. This ensures consistent membership and refill slot access.
Your payment details are stored securely, and you’ll continue to be charged each cycle unless you cancel your subscription in advance.

To avoid being charged for your next cycle, please make sure to cancel at least 24 hours before your next billing date.
Some of our subscription plans may auto-renew at the end of their term. If you don’t wish to renew, you must cancel your subscription before the next renewal date. Failure to scan your QR code does not automatically cancel your subscription.
We do not accept returns for subscription products that have been processed and/or shipped. If your product arrives damaged or defective, please reach out to our support team and we’ll make it right.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, with all original packaging intact. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

By accessing our website (trypeele.com) or purchasing from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms”).

To use this site and purchase from Peele, you must be at least 18 years old or have legal parental consent. By using the site, you confirm you meet this requirement.
Peele offers subscription-based services including (a) the VIP Membership and (b) the 30-Day Auto-Ship Refill Subscription (collectively, “Subscriptions”).
By subscribing, you authorize Peele to automatically charge your selected payment method at the interval specified until canceled. Subscriptions continue until canceled by you or Peele.
By enrolling in our Auto-Ship Refill Subscription, you agree to be billed automatically every 30 days. Each billing cycle, we will send a postcard with a QR code to confirm your refill shipment.
To receive your product, you must scan the QR code or confirm via your refill portal within 14 days of billing. If you do not scan or confirm in time, your refill for that cycle will be skipped, and no product will be shipped.
Charges will still apply regardless of whether the product is fulfilled, as part of our confirmed-fulfillment model. Unclaimed refills do not roll over. You may cancel your subscription anytime via your customer account or by emailing support@trypeele.com.
Cancellation Policy: You may cancel anytime through your customer account or by emailing support@trypeele.com. Cancellations must be received at least 24 hours before your renewal date to avoid being charged for the next cycle.
Refunds for Subscription Orders: Subscription orders are non-refundable once processed and shipped. By enrolling, you acknowledge that you are responsible for all recurring charges unless you cancel in time.
Renewal Notices: We may send a reminder email at least 7 days before renewal with a link to cancel or manage your subscription. It is your responsibility to ensure your email address is up to date.
Automatic Renewal Disclosure: By purchasing a subscription product, you agree your subscription will renew automatically unless canceled in accordance with these Terms. You will be charged the applicable fee using the payment method on file at the time of each renewal, without further authorization from you, until you cancel.
Due to the hygienic nature of our product, we do not accept returns on opened or used items.
Prices are displayed in USD and exclude applicable taxes and duties. You are responsible for any additional fees imposed by your local government.
